Aoife is a qualified Physiotherapist with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Salford, Manchester. She has gained valuable clinical experience in both the private and public sectors, working with a wide range of clients. With a strong sporting background, Aoife has a keen interest in treating sports-related injuries, particularly those involving the shoulder, ankle, and knee. She has worked with multiple sports teams, including Gaelic football and soccer, as well as individuals from various sports like running, cycling, CrossFit, and football. Aoife also has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions such as chronic, work-related, and age-related pain, and is passionate about post-operative rehabilitation. Her approach focuses on educating and motivating clients to manage their symptoms while continuing to enjoy their daily activities. Currently, Aoife is also undergoing her Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor course, further enhancing her ability to support clients in improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. Outside of work, Aoife stays active through reformer Pilates, CrossFit, and Gaelic football. She enjoys socializing and connecting with others through Melbourne's run clubs and looks forward to exploring the city’s scenic spots..
