About SportsHealth Physiotherapy

Abous Us

You should not have to wait weeks to access quality physiotherapy. At SportsHealth Physio, we have built our Melbourne clinics around that principle: evidence-informed, hands-on care available across Richmond, South Yarra, and Windsor, often on the same day you need it.

A Decade of Trusted Care in Melbourne's Inner East

SportsHealth Physiotherapy & Podiatry has been serving Melbourne's inner east for over a decade. What began as a commitment to bringing quality physiotherapy to the Richmond community has grown into a network of clinics across Richmond, South Yarra, and Windsor, each delivering the same standard of patient-centred care.

Our clinics have become an established part of the Richmond, South Yarra, and Windsor communities. Whether you are managing an acute injury, working through a long-term condition, or looking to stay on top of your physical health, our team is here to help you get back to doing what you love.

Our Approach to Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. At SportsHealth Physio, every patient receives an individual assessment before a treatment plan is recommended. Our approach draws on current clinical evidence alongside real-world practice, combining hands-on treatment, guided rehabilitation, and practical self-management strategies tailored to you.

Your goals matter. Whether you are returning to competitive sport, recovering from surgery, or simply aiming to move without pain, your treatment plan is built around what is meaningful to you. Progress is reviewed regularly so your care stays relevant at every stage of recovery.

Importantly, no referral is needed to book with us. We offer same-day appointments and are open Monday to Saturday, so you can access care when it suits you.
