Hayden Horsfall

Physiotherapist - South Yarra

Areas of Speciality and Interest:

Hayden is a physiotherapist with a strong focus on helping active individuals return to sport, perform at their best, and stay injury-free. With four years of clinical experience, he has developed a particular interest in running-related injuries, endurance athletes, and lower limb conditions, including tendinopathy and bone stress injuries.

He takes a performance-focused, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, combining targeted strength and conditioning with a thorough understanding of biomechanics and load management. Hayden also adopts a holistic perspective, considering the interaction between different body regions as well as key lifestyle factors to ensure long-term results—not just short-term relief.

Hayden works with a wide range of clients but particularly enjoys helping those in the mid- to high-level active population, including runners, gym-goers, and athletes looking to optimise performance or return from injury.

With a background in gymnastics and hockey, and now actively involved in running and CrossFit, Hayden understands firsthand the demands of sport and the frustration that comes with injury. Having experienced multiple injuries himself growing up, this has shaped his approach to physiotherapy—focused on practical, realistic, and sustainable solutions.
