Debbie is a passionate physiotherapist with over 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and exercise-based rehabilitation across both Singapore and Melbourne. She has worked extensively with active individuals, recreational athletes, and sporting populations, helping patients return confidently to work, sport, and everyday movement.

Debbie has a strong clinical interest in biomechanics, movement quality, strength and conditioning, and progressive rehabilitation. Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with evidence-based exercise rehabilitation tailored to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and physical demands.

Having worked in high-volume outpatient rehabilitation settings, Debbie has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries including neck pain, lower back pain, shoulder injuries, sporting injuries, tendon pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and mobility-related conditions. She is also trained in dry needling and incorporates movement retraining, strength programming, and functional rehabilitation into her treatment plans.

Prior to moving to Melbourne, Debbie worked in Singapore across leading musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation clinics where she designed return-to-sport rehabilitation programs for athletes ranging from recreational to competitive levels. Her experience includes gym-based rehabilitation, mobility and strength retraining, and progressive loading programs guided by evidence-based conditioning principles.

Outside the clinic, Debbie is a competitive climber with a genuine passion for movement and performance. Her personal involvement in climbing and strength training gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands placed on active individuals and athletes. She particularly enjoys helping patients improve movement confidence, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

Debbie also values ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice. Alongside her clinical work, she has completed a Master of Health Data Analytics at Monash University, further strengthening her analytical and research-based approach to patient care.
