Sports assessments aim to test your physical abilities in regard to your strength, endurance & speed. From an assessment we are able to identify areas that may require improvements through physiotherapy and strength & conditioning which not only reduces the risk of injury, but also aids in enhancing athletic performance. Sports assessments are not limited to high level athlete as they benefit active people of all age groups at any level of sport and activity.
