About the MSK Preparation: Individual Course

For candidates who have trouble attending our weekend courses due to other priorities, we have come up with a solution so that you can benefit from a course that you can complete at your convenience. The course consists of 5 modules which total up to 8 hours of individual 1 on 1 theoretical teaching and clinical practice. All 5 modules will be taught over 5 face to face sessions. You have total flexibility of how you want to attend the sessions.

For example: You can book and attend 1 session per week over 5 weeks if that is more suitable for you.

 

All modules undertake theoretical and practical situations which strictly adhere to the standards of the APC.

The MSK Course Face to Face Modules:

1.     Introduction to the APC Clinical Process (1.5 hours)

2.     Shoulder: Assessment & Management Theory & Practical (1.5 hours)

3.     Knee: Assessment & Management Theory & Practical (1.5 hours)

4.     Ankle: Assessment & Management Theory & Practical (1.5 hours)

5.     Lower Back: Assessment and Management Theory & Practical (1.5 hours)

All modules include clinical mock exam to get you familiarise with the APC process and build confident.

Once you have enrolled in the course, you can start booking your face to face sessions on days that are convenient to you between Monday and Saturday.

How to Enrol

To confirm your enrolment, a deposit fee of $ 400 can be paid, the remaining can be paid as you attend your face to face sessions.

Once enrolled you can book your first face to face session.

You will be able to choose the days and times of your sessions that are convenient to you.  

 After you Enrol

Once you have enrolled in the course, you will be able to book in your face to face sessions on days and times that are convenient to you. You will receive pre reading and self study material for the session you have booked for to familiarise yourself with the course content before attending.

About the Session

Each of the 5 sessions will be 1.5 hours long and we will cover the theoretical and practical aspects in accordance to the APC Standards. You will also be taken through a Mock exam for the particular joint that we discuss on the day.

Please Note: The clinical exam requires high level of hands on practice to build confidence and it is recommended that you attempt to attend as many face to face sessions as possible.
